Corbett Fish House in portland is so hard-core about being gluten -free that I want to go there just to admire their hardcoreness. wish i knew about them when i was down in portland the other week.

No, but if Portland were going to be hardcore about something, I would picture being gluten-free as the sort of thing Portland would be hardcore about.

I wandered in there last time I was in Portland. Good food but I was hoping for more out of the portions. They are definitely very hard core about their gluten. Atmosphere is pretty nice too.
