I am predicting (according to the "republican ex-boyfriend theory") that Carly Fiorina will be named to replace Palin due to the 'extraordinary nature of the financial crisis' needing a seasoned hand.

Date: 2008-09-30 05:40 pm (UTC)Is it worse to let Palin remain on the ticket? Tough to say. My guess is that she'll maintain a better grip during the debates. If she performs in the debates as badly as she did in the interviews (and assuming that Biden isn't seen as bullying her) then yeah, maybe they'll have to stare into that abyss. But it's going to take some spectacular, irreversible failure to take a leap that will inevitably result in questions that start with, "Senator McCain, if you are commander in chief…"
