breakup weekend / workout tomorrow

This was apparently long term relationship break up weekend in my friends' circle. Three multii (3+) years bit the dust, probably irrevocably and also possibly for the best (although I only really know the details in one of the relationships.) My own life is sort of on hold in that regard, we'll see what happens in the rest of the year.

I'm seeing the personal trainer that saucygirl recommended tomorrow for the first time. She seems awfully nice. It'll be one of those 'get to know the person' meetings. I currently am willing to devote a lot of time and a moderate amount of money to getting back in shape, so expert advice is handy.

That's wacky, when you wrote this I had no clue, but as of about 8pm tonight, add me to that list.
