although the earlier luminata post was somewhat fey, the Fremont Arts Council page has some good information on the luminata event tonight, including slideshows from previous years.
Last year they didn't mind LED at all. In fact, they were handing out glowsticks with friendly abandon. Diversity is wonderful. (Candles are best, but diversity is encouraged.)
