Dec. 4th, 2005 02:52 pmrandom life commentaries: I'm pretty focused on getting through the end of the quarter at the moment, so normal corprew service is suspended until the end of next week.
here's some random thoughts to keep you going:
* sometimes you don't realize how badly you want something until you're told you can't have it.
* there are some problems that can be ameliorated with vodka, a friendly cat, and morcheeba.
* buddha asked the hotdog vendor to make him one with everything.
* this joke may make more sense in chicago.
* Oedipa Maas has a Ulixean descent into hell in the The Crying of Lot 49
* So does Toad of Toad Hall in the _Wind in the Willows_.
* I'm now wearing my revolutionary war-style shirts as overshirts or sweaters. I R FASHUN VIKTIM.
* I really enjoy going to the gym again, it's good to be healthy enough that that's an option.
* Aristophanes: still the damn funniest.
