Dec. 28th, 2005 09:14 amI realized something last night, which is that different cultural groups use 'like' and 'say' appositively for different purposes, and using 'say' sounds about 100 times more intelligently than 'like.' (like, professors vs. valley girls.) I'm not even sure that appositive is the right word, as my Big Book of Grammatickal Diversionments is back in Seattle.
Also, I moved some information around on my profiles on other systems based on random remarks.
