fun with biscuits

So, I am on the second day of the new, improved healthy diet, and had (as boutell will testify) one of the least healthy vegan options possible -- biscuits and gravy at the Globe VPC.

Other than that, the next couple of weeks/months are going to be a change in dietary habits somewhat unprecedented by previous random changes in dietary habits, starting with just the simplest ingredients and going outwards slowly. In general, this is the big health choice option that I talked about a while ago, but am just taking on now as almost a scientific experiment project. I will try not to be annoying food person for the next while.

in general, everyone who i'm eating dinner much with currently has at least one restaurant, cuisine, or personal style of cooking in common, so i figured i'd mention it.
