rubber duck regatta redux

Hey folks,

Thanks to everyone who came down for the Rubber Duck Regatta last week. Fun was had by all, and we had a pretty good turnout.

We got a bunch of people who showed up to play, but were also relatively successful at getting people in the park to join in.
