tag support in livejournal...

as several of you who know me through school can probably guess, the tag support in livejournal chafes my ass.

however, i've decided to start tagging entries with references to an ontology that I designed as a testbed for another purpose, so here we go.

Folks will be relieved to know that most of my livejournal entries are not actually about anything in the classification sense, so it won't necessarily come up all that often

click on the 'tags' link above, and you'll eventually become embroiled in a pit of nonsense so deep that you'll lose belief that it is actually possible to assign meaning to anything.

Actually, losing belief in the possibility of ascribing meaning to something isn't confusion, because you can't be confused about what something means.
