I love Diesel Sweeties! When I read that series on the furries it really made me laugh, as I had just volunteered at the SakuraCon and seen how seriously those cosplayers take their outfits.

I have no problem with cosplaying generally, I have a really good one on my journal. I just can't figure out why someone would do the furry thing aside from sexual purposes. I don't get the sexual purpose part either, I just know that that's not very far out on the scale of what people are prepared to fetishize.
