Bill Bradley tonight at Town Hall Seattle
Apr. 12th, 2007 12:13 pmBill Bradley is speaking tonight at Town Hall Seattle about his recent book, 'New American Story
.' He's speaking at 7:30pm.
I'm going to be heading over to it. I'm going to be coming from Ballard.
I think it's interesting to hear what he has to say about the book and also to check out his speech generally. He isn't running for office in the current electoral cycle, but remains an important voice for putting actual thought into our political process.
One of the things he stresses in the book is that personal political involvement is one of the building blocks of a democracy. I'm willing to buy into that at least enough to go to his talk tonight.

The obvious resume candidate in this cycle is Bill Richardson, but he's about as likely to get nominated as Gooley is to lose his virginity.
Oh well, maybe secretary of state. He seems to do fairly well at spanking North Korea.
