As of yesterday, i was going full speed for three weeks. that, combined with a case of laryngitis that hasn't recovered well yet, has made today an official 'day of rest.'

This morning wasn't a planned day of rest, but my body said, "Yo, you're gonna rest." And I said, "No thanks, I've got to work and clean my apartment and do stuff!" and my body said, "No, you really don't actually. And to prove that to you, I will make you feel like you have two ice picks in your eye sockets, so you have no choice but to lay there like a lox and take many naps. And eventually I will make this headache go away, and you will notice that the world did not fall apart even though you were not actively participating in it."
