suck update: SPD confirms truck wasn't impounded, i have an officer coming over to make a police report.

i'm going to post to burningman-bcwa, ask if people have seen it. seems like a reasonable step.

How hard would it be to remove the BRC decals on the sides? Or cover them up? Those are pretty distinctive.

pretty hard, those things are *on*, and removing them would leave a visible mark because the truck's paint has faded over the years.
